Overview:
PRIMMA is looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms. The specialist will focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and providing actionable insights through regular analytics reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ad campaigns tailored to specific objectives and audiences.
- Manage multiple ad sets to test and optimize performance.
- Continuously monitor and adjust ad campaigns to improve performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Provide bi-weekly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and managing ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with ad performance metrics and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working on a per-project basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Expertise in using ad management tools and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
